This course is for anyone seeking to build strong, profound connections and strengthen their personal connection with Spirit. This course is designed for beginners and professionals alike. Students will explore various theories and techniques taken from multiple disciplines such as Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, Shamanism, Energy Healing, Akashic Records and Mediumship. You’ll learn Sera’s Prism System and Spiritual Theories & Techniques, walking away with concrete structures and processes on our innate abilities to connect to Spirit and the Astral Realms.

This class is deeply rooted in the personal experiential process and working with the class community.

Professional Certification is optional. Anyone seeking certification will be required to do two reads with an individual of their choice, one read with an individual already certified and one read with me. All reads must be 60 minutes in length. Students will also receive a 60 minute individual session with Sera.

Students will learn how to/about:

Spiritual Theories & Empathic Theories.
The Five Energetic Bodies of the Prism System (Physical Body, Emotional Body, Mental Body, Spiritual Body and the Light Body).
Techniques and tools to clear spaces and energy fields.
Chakra energy flow, expansion and usage.
Cultivation and management of one’s energy field.
Breathing Techniques to increase your connection.
Building language with Spirit.
Using crystals to add in connecting.
Move one’s conscious awareness through the body to enhance information retrieval.
Methods to access the astral realm through Shamanic Journeying and Meditation.
Ethics of working with Spirit for deeper access.

Students will need:

A quiet, sometimes lowly lite, place where they will not be disturbed during class. Students will need to be able to lounge or lay down to relax their bodies.

2-3 hours a week to practice exercises outside of class

1 -8 inch bar of Selenite

1- 2-5 inch piece of hematite (make sure it is natural and not man-made)

1- 2-4 inch piece of Amethyst

Keeping a journal throughout class is recommended.
